This policy explains what personal information Evoke Musik LLC, a Maryland limited liability company trading as MISTA STYLES, collects when you use this website, join the mailing list, subscribe to the private audio feed, join the Styleheads community, or book a service — and what we do with it.
In this policy, "we" and "us" means Evoke Musik LLC. "You" means the person the information is about. We are the controller of that information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not rent, trade or licence our mailing list to anyone.
We use double opt-in. After you submit your address you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you click the link in it. If you never click, you are never added.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You may also reply to any email and ask to be removed, or write to the address at the end of this policy.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages that are necessary to deliver something you have asked for or bought — for example your audio feed link, a booking confirmation, or an invoice.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make pages load, keep you signed in where you have an account, and protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
We also use limited analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. Where our providers set cookies for that purpose, you can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We operate from the United States, and several of our providers are located in the United States and the European Union. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, whose data protection laws may differ from your own.
Where information is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, in our agreements with those providers.
This site and everything on it is intended for people aged 16 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to us and we will delete it promptly.
Access to our accounts is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and never reach our own systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will, without undue delay.
